Hello I would like to immigrate to Canada, but my father could not leave his job in Saudi Arabia and live in Canada, but is there a way to get Canadian citizenship but without a permanent presence?? in Canada with the knowledge that I will study in university in Canada after two years and I want to ask how The amount required to obtain citizenship or permanent residence card as soon as you please answer my question quickly and let me know the way

If you want to apply for immigration ,go to http://www.cic.gc.ca where you can find appllication forms and all fees are mentined.
You must be fluent at either English or Francais to be accepted.
Please make a visit to http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp
and have a self assessment .
Your minimum degree required in this test is 67.
You have to score more than 67 to be applicable to immigration.
